Glaceon (Japanese: グレイシア Glacia) is a playable Pokémon in Pokémon UNITE. It became available as a playable character on July 21, 2022.

Glaceon is an Attacker that manages a supply of ice crystals. They are used to increase the power of its strong Icicle Spear and Icy Wind moves.

Basic Attack

Description As EeveeBecomes a boosted attack with every third attack, dealing increased damage when it hits.As GlaceonBecomes a boosted attack every 3 attacks, dealing increased damage and giving the user 2 ice crystals when the boosted attack hits. Glaceon can hold a maximum of 8 ice crystals at a time.

Eevee's basic attack has it shake its head to fire yellow energy. The boosted attack is largely identical, but instead of a left to right, right to left motion, Eevee swings its head forward and the blast is larger.

Glaceon's basic attacks are identical, save for the energy being blue instead of yellow.

Moveset

Move slot 1

Buff	Description
Creates 4 stars around the user. For a short time afterward, each time the user hits an opposing Pokémon with a basic attack, one of the stars (or 2 stars in the case of a boosted attack) will shoot out and deal additional damage to that Pokémon.

Sure Hit	Description
Has the user launch all of its stored ice crystals in rapid succession at the designated opposing Pokémon. If the user has no ice crystals when this move is used, 2 ice crystals are instantly created and those are launched. The crystals shatter when they hit the designated Pokémon, dealing damage to the opposing Pokémon in the area of effect. Launched ice crystals can hit Pokémon on the opposing team that are not the designated target of this move. If this occurs, the ice crystals will still shatter on impact and deal damage in an area of effect in the same way. Ice crystals launched by this move deal increasing damage each time they hit the same opposing Pokémon. After this move is used, the cooldown of Ice Shard or Freeze-Dry is reduced. Upgrade: Each launched ice crystal also deals additional damage to opposing Pokémon it hits equal to a set percentage of their max HP.

Dash	Description
Has the user move a short distance in the designated direction, and its next basic attack launches all of its stored ice crystals at an opposing Pokémon, dealing damage to it. The user then regains the same number of ice crystals that it launched. If the user hits the same opposing Pokémon with 4 or more ice crystals, that Pokémon's movement speed is decreased for a short time. The more ice crystals that hit that Pokémon, the stronger the movement speed-decrease effect. If the user has no ice crystals when this move is used, the gains 2 ice crystals. Upgrade: Each launched ice crystal also deals additional damage to opposing Pokémon it hits equal to a set percentage of their max HP.

Glaceon can have a maximum of 8 ice crystals, displayed as both a counter over the icon for Icicle Spear and Icy Wind and also seen floating around Glaceon. If enough time passes without Glaceon gaining an ice crystal (denoted by a blue bar above Glaceon), the crystals will be lost. This timer is still reset if Glaceon gains ice crystals while already having eight of them.

Sure Hit	Description
Has the user wag its tail at an opposing Pokémon, dealing damage and decreasing that Pokémon's Defense, Sp. Def, and movement speed for a short time. The user's next basic attack after using this move becomes a boosted attack.

	Ice Shard こおりのつぶて Ice Throwing Stone	Learned at Lv. 6 Cooldown: 8.5 seconds Upgrades into Ice Shard+ at Lv. 12
Buff	Description
Increases the user's movement speed for a short time. Afterward, the user's basic attack speed increases for a short time, and its basic attacks change into attacks that hurl chunks of ice. These chunks of ice deal damage to opposing Pokémon they hit and decrease their movement speed for a short time. Each time a chunk of ice hits, the user gains 2 ice crystals. The user gains 2 ice crystals if this move is used while launching ice crystals with Icicle Spear, or if it's used after Icy Wind has been used but before the user has launched all of its ice crystals with its next basic attack. Upgrade: Also increases the user's basic attack speed for the duration of the move's effect.

	Freeze-Dry フリーズドライ Freeze-Dry	Learned at Lv. 6 Cooldown: 8.5 seconds Upgrades into Freeze-Dry+ at Lv. 12
Ranged	Description
Increases the user's Sp. Atk for a short amount of time and has the user shoot out a freezing burst of air in a forward direction. The burst of air explodes upon hitting an opposing Pokémon or after traveling a set distance, dealing damage to the opposing Pokémon in the area of effect. For each opposing Pokémon hit by the explosion, the user gains 2 ice crystals. The explosion also leaves behind an ice zone. Opposing Pokémon that enter this ice zone will have their movement speed decreased. If they remain in the ice zone for a set amount of time, they become frozen for a short time. Upgrade: For each opposing Pokémon hit by this move's explosions, the user gains 1 ice crystal.

Unite Move

	Glacial Stage ' '	Learned at Lv. 8
Area	Description
Has the user leap up high, creating an ice zone in front of it that deals damage to opposing Pokémon in the area of effect. While the user is in the ice zone, its movement speed is increased, and it gains 1 ice crystal whenever a set amount of time passes. The movement speed of opposing Pokémon in the ice zone is decreased. Unite Move Effect: Shield granted. Movement speed and basic attack speed increased for a short time.

Scoring

Eevee twirls, then jumps up to knock the Aeos energy upward. The energy falls back down, into the hoop.

Glaceon leaps up and catches the Aeos energy in its front paws, then freezes it into a block of ice. As Glaceon lands, the ice falls through the hoop.
